📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify insurance claims, patient payments, and medical records using Epic Systems, Meditech, and NextGen Healthcare.
- Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate and submit required reports to insurance companies and government agencies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and billing policies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related field.
- Certification in medical billing (e.g., Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Medical Biller (CMB), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)) is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical billing software such as Epic Systems, Meditech, and NextGen Healthcare.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
