📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and manage outstanding invoices and accounts receivable.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to management.
• Work closely with the sales team to resolve any payment issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor payment trends and identify opportunities for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Maintain and update customer payment records in our accounting software, SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proven experience using accounting software, particularly SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
