📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead live classes on Food Safety & Quality, covering topics such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, offering personalized guidance and support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations in Food Safety & Quality.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other instructors and educational staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food Safety & Quality, preferably in a teaching or training capacity.
- Certification in HACCP, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22000 is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
