As a Logistics Customer Service & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing customer inquiries, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
• Work closely with international clients to understand their logistics needs and provide real-time updates
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution
• Use logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to manage and track shipments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations and customer service
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
