📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting using tools like QuickBooks and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures related to budget management and project execution.
• Assist in the organization of team meetings and workshops to foster a collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Agricultural or Conservation sector.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with environmental and agricultural regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with English being a plus.
