The Provincial Government of Leyte is seeking a dedicated Social Welfare Officer I to join our team. This position is located in Bali, Indonesia, with multiple office locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in community development and support, contributing to the betterment of local communities. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 8,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct community assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate interventions.,Implement social welfare programs and projects aimed at improving community well-being.,Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure effective community development.,Provide social welfare services to vulnerable populations, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of social welfare programs to ensure they meet their objectives.,Develop and maintain reports and documentation related to community development activities.,Participate in training and capacity-building activities for community members and stakeholders.,Promote awareness and education on social welfare issues to enhance community participation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social welfare, community development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of social welfare policies and programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with community development tools and techniques.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
