Easy Bright Abadi is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our growing business. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can help us maintain a high level of service and efficiency in our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Stock shelves and maintain a well-organized store.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Promote products and services to customers.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales processes.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
