Oversee the day-to-day operations of Tan Tock Seng Hospital, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction of the hospital.,Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and achieve strategic objectives.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, insurance providers, and community organizations.,Ensure the hospital's financial health and sustainability through effective resource management and cost optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and strategic leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare organizations, including hospitals and clinics.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with healthcare information systems and technology.
