📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including employment laws and company HR policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
