📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Conduct regular financial analysis to support business decisions.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
