📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
