Daily, you will be responsible for forecasting material requirements, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels using SAP and Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
• Monitor inventory turnover and ensure compliance with safety stock levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning and inventory management.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle supply chain management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with semiconductor packaging and testing industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
