📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the waitress team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, ensuring the restaurant's image is consistently positive.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Train and develop new waitresses, ensuring they meet company standards and expectations.,Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked, contributing to a positive dining experience.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and food presentation standards.,Valid ID and food handling certificate.
