Field Support Specialist - Bali Region

As a Field Support Specialist, you'll have the chance to work in some of Bali's most iconic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua, contributing to the growth and success of our retail network.

Your daily tasks will involve visiting stores, conducting regular checks, and providing technical assistance to our retail partners. You'll use tools like SAP and our proprietary CRM system to manage and track your activities, ensuring that all field operations run efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for retail partners, addressing any issues related to product display, promotions, or operations
• Manage and track field activities using SAP and our proprietary CRM system
• Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge and company policies
• Report on field activities and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field support, retail operations, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
