Warung Joko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. As a Deputy Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our café and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a strong background in management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the café is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that the café is running efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the hospitality or café industry.,A strong understanding of coffee and the ability to provide expert advice to customers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,A high level of organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
