Join Colliers as a Data Center Housekeeping Supervisor in Bali and play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in our state-of-the-art data center facilities. This position is critical to ensuring a safe, organizationally sound, and environmentally controlled environment for our clients' critical infrastructure. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team of housekeeping professionals, and implement best practices in data center hygiene and sustainability.

In this role, you'll work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our data centers remain operational 24/7, 365 days a year. You'll be responsible for developing and enforcing strict cleaning protocols, conducting regular inspections, and training your team on the latest industry standards. With your expertise in data center housekeeping, you'll help Colliers maintain its reputation as a trusted partner in the digital infrastructure sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Manage and train a team of housekeeping professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols, including environmental monitoring and control.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain data center operations and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and optimize cleaning schedules to balance efficiency with the needs of our clients' infrastructure.
• Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in data center housekeeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing housekeeping teams and implementing cleaning protocols.
• Certification in data center housekeeping, such as the BIFMA Cleanroom Certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, including ASHRAE, ISO, and other relevant guidelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using cleaning management software, such as CleanView or similar tools.
• Familiarity with environmental control systems and monitoring equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including on-call shifts and weekends as needed.
