📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all crew members and passengers.,Maintain high standards of vehicle condition and cleanliness.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance, and other operational metrics.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in training and development programs for crew members.,Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
