Hub Camp Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing HR documents.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
