📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
