Hokian Budi Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business in the heart of Samarinda.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
