Tanggung Jawab:
Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and vendors.Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.Lowongan Terkait
