📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify insurance claims, patient payments, and medical records using Epic Systems, Meditech, and NextGen Healthcare.
• Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Generate and submit required reports to insurance companies and government agencies.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related field.
• Certification in medical billing (e.g., Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Medical Biller (CMB), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)) is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical billing software such as Epic Systems, Meditech, and NextGen Healthcare.
