Makmur Yoga Spareparts is looking for a Lead Quality Control to oversee our quality control processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead a team of quality control inspectors and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and maintain quality control records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
