📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Manage the company's benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
