• Oversee and manage all export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement trade strategies to expand market reach and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage trade agreements with international partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Lead and mentor a team of trade professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade, and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
• Report to the management team on the performance of export and import operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in export and import operations, with a proven track record in strategic leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certified in international trade or related certifications, such as CITP (Certified International Trade Professional) or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of trade professionals is a plus.
