📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Handle administrative tasks and support the Supervisor in maintaining accurate records.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Supervisor in managing customer relations and resolving any issues that arise.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.,Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
