📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control and staff scheduling.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and customer service standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost sales.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
